We are currently seeking a Logistics Manager to join our team in Wautoma, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for the internal plant logistics and material flow, 3PL and warehousing activities, master scheduling, materials buying/ planning, inventory management and control, materials strategy, and all materials and logistics project initiatives. This position is a key contributor in company lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities in the plant.

Specialty Enterprises, LLC is seeking a high-energy, positive person to join our team in Wautoma, WI. Specialty Enterprises is the North American leader in the design and manufacture of Aluminum spray booms for the agriculture industry. Specialty is a financially strong company experiencing substantial growth while maintaining a great culture. The General Assembly person is responsible for following print directions for assembly of booms and components, packing pallets and boxes for customers, running fabrication equipment like waterjet, tube cutter, brake press, etc and loading/unloading trucks with a forklift. (No experience necessary, we’ll train the right person on our equipment.) This position is responsible for following daily or weekly work directions, following all safety protocols and keeping materials flowing in our shop. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual with good work ethic who is willing to be hands-on and flexible to meet the needs of our customers.
